What these numbers do and do not say

We report contacts, meaning a submitted lead form or a phone call placed from an ad. We do not report booked appointments, because we have no visibility into your scheduling system. Whether a contact becomes a patient happens on your side, and we are not in a position to measure it.

Four of seven days produced no leads

Those four days carried $98.17 of the $188.99 spent, which is 52 percent of the Meta budget for the week. We hold ourselves to a simple standard: a day without a single lead is a day the work did not do its job. Four such days in one week is not an acceptable result and it is the first thing we are fixing.

Which creative actually produced

The only call came from someone who already knew you

The single phone call this week came through the Brand campaign, which serves people typing "Las Olas Dentistry" into Google. That is a person who already had your name. The two campaigns built to reach patients who have never heard of the practice, Veneers and Dental Implants, spent $93.91 between them and produced zero calls in seven days.

This is a targeting and bidding problem on our side, not a demand problem in the market. We own it and the fix is below.

What we did this week

Every item below is a logged change in the ad accounts, with the date it was made.

Monday, Nov 3: cut the two ads that were not producing

We paused VEN-05 Institutional and the 9x16 patient testimonial inside the running ad set, to stop spend going to placements that were not returning leads.

Wednesday, Nov 5: rebuilt the campaign around the creative that converts

We built a new Leads campaign that isolates the creative with a proven lead history, instead of letting strong and weak ads share one budget and compete for the same impressions. The new structure carries:

Daily budget held at $26.50, unchanged. This was a structure change, not a spend increase.

Today, Nov 7: isolating the two best performing creatives

We are building a dedicated remarketing campaign around the two ads with the strongest lead history, including the testimonial that produced this week's cheapest lead at $9.43. It targets people who engaged with the video, the Instagram profile or the site in the last 90 days, which is the warmest audience the account has. Three additional creatives are in production and will join the rotation as they are approved.

Earlier: Google search term cleanup

On October 30 we added negative keywords to the Dental Implants and Veneers campaigns and reset the ad group bids, to stop the budget buying research traffic and competitor name searches. Those changes landed just before this reporting week, so this week is the first clean read on them, and the read says they were not enough on their own.

What happens next

Still outstanding, and why

We list these because a report that only shows what went well is not a report. Both items are ours to deliver and neither is blocked by anything on your end.

Report period: October 31 to November 6, 2026. Figures read directly from the Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts on November 7, 2026. Contacts means submitted lead forms and calls placed from ads, not booked appointments.
